There are many great resources to help you understand leadership. There are basic principles that even land more strongly in Talent Acquisition. The most important thing you can do to prepare is be nimble to ride the wave of things going up and down. Keep focused on your end destination which is to run the best Talent Acquisition function possible and know how to share the story of function with others.  It remains up to you to keep the fact that you helped build that team and that you build organizations, and you did it by being a great Talent Acquisition leader.
