It helps a Recruiter do their day-to-day job instead of doing things manually. Tools create mountains of data that can be organized articulately, easily searched, and stored centrally. This data helps you form solid answers to the questions your clients have about their Talent Acquisition needs, and allows you to proactively move the business into the future.
